She Flies Programs
She Flies offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary program that builds confidence in girls and women to engage in the wonderful world of flying drones. Whether into drone racing, engineering and electronics, science, or even taking amazing photos, drones are infiltrating our lives and will undoubtedly play a role in our future. She Flies introduces students into the world of drones by getting them to code the commands they would like their drone to follow. Directly related to many real world drone applications such as mapping for surveys, students are asked to map canvas geographical locations, as well as make the drone travel a predetermined flight path autonomously. All skills that are changing the way the world operates.
