You’ll Be Covered to Operate Under the Following Scenarios:
We’ve developed this package with multiple regulatory pathways to give you the flexibility to operate safely and compliantly across a range of tasks.

• Within 30m of people located in enclosed shelters in controlled environments (up to 25kg MTOW). Consent may be required depending on conditions.

• Within 30m of people not in enclosed shelters, without written consent—limited to drones under 300g or those with approved parachute systems (max 15 joules impact energy).

• Within 15m of adults (18+) who have provided written consent, using drones up to 25kg in a controlled area.

This package includes tailored Operational Procedures for Operations Over or Near People (OONP), application overview training with a Chief Remote Pilot, and full CASA application management.

Please note: CASA application fees are not included.

Pathway 3: For Operations Outside the Scope of Pathway 1 or 2
Pathway 3 is designed for operations that don’t meet the criteria of Pathway 1 or 2. It involves a more in-depth risk assessment process using the Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA) framework but provides additional flexibility and options to operate over or near people.

This is ideal in situations where your Concept of Operations doesn’t allow for constant shielding or sheltering, or where you’re unable to add a parachute to reduce impact due to flying at lower altitudes or in stronger wind conditions.

This package includes tailored Operational Procedures and a Training Syllabus for OONP operations, a full SORA Risk Assessment, planning for the operational area and stakeholder engagement, emergency response planning, application overview training with a Chief Remote Pilot, and complete CASA application management.
